General terms and conditions

All shopping vouchers are governed by the relevant terms and conditions supplied by the brand or store supplying the voucher.

 Sorbet digital voucher 

• Sorbet vouchers are valid for 6 (six) months from date of issue.
• The Promotion will afford the Participant to receive a Sorbet voucher, to the value of R50.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This voucher is redeemable for treatments and/or products.
• Valid at any Sorbet Nationwide.
• No cash back will be given as change.
• This voucher validity is as per Sorbet terms.
• The voucher is valid until the total value of the gift card has been redeemed.

Takealot digital voucher

• Customer to claim and use the coupon within three (3) months.
• Each coupon can only be used once at checkout.
• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• The value of the coupon will be set off against the value of the shopping basket and the balance remaining, if any, will be payable by coupon holder.
• If the full value of the coupon is not used, the customer will forfeit the remaining value of the coupon.
• Coupons cannot be used to buy gift vouchers or other coupons, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.

Mr D Food Coupon

• Should the Mr D Food order be more than the value of the individual Mr D Food coupon, the Consumer will be required to pay in the difference of the cost.
• Should the full value of the individual Mr D Food coupon not be used, the Consumer will forfeit the remaining value of the Mr D Food coupon.
• All Mr D Food orders need to be booked via the Mr D Food app. No telephone orders will be allowed.
• Each order has a standard R15 flat delivery fee.
• Individual Mr D Food coupons are valid for 6 (six) months from date of issue.
• A Mr D Food coupon must be used at check-out – it cannot be used later on existing orders.
